Dakota Johnson Takes Lingerie Dressing to the Next Level in a Lacy See

Celebrities can't stop wearing lingerie as clothes—and, now, Dakota Johnson is the latest star to put forth another worthy take on the risqué trend.

To sit front row at Gucci's Cruise 2023 collection in Seoul (which was magnificently staged at the Gyeongbokgung Palace), Johnson showed up wearing an all-black ensemble, the centerpiece of which was a lacy mesh slipdress. The gorgeous piece features a black panel across the bust, then a bejeweled mesh skirt with a floral black lace underlay. Underneath the dress, the actor wore a pair of black underwear.

She stayed warm in a long leather trench coat, then further upped the ante with accessories like a mini black Gucci Jackie bag, a dazzling necklace, and classic black pumps.

This isn't the first time that the Persuasion star has tried her hand at the lingerie trend.

While attending the Italian fashion house's runway show during Milan Fashion Week this past February, Johnson sat front row in an outfit that blended the best of NSFW and nine-to-five style. This included a black sheer V-cut bodysuit emblazoned with Gucci's signature Diamante pattern. She wore the statement piece with a black blazer and matching miniskirt, both of which also bore the house's logo print. To finish off the luxe look, she opted for sheer black tights from Calzedonia, knee-high heeled leather boots in black, and a black iteration of Gucci's Jackie 1961 bag with a green handle and dozens of spiky silver studs.
